We are now accepting applications for enrollment for the 2006-2007 school year. If you are interested in enrolling your child with the Academy of Accelerated Learning, Inc., please download and complete the enrollment form below: 2006-2007 Enrollment Form 2006-2007 Enrollment Flyer 2006-2007 Enrollment Flyer – Spanish Version 2006-2007 Pre-Kindergarten Registration Application Enrollment and Re-enrollment An application for enrollment or re-enrollment must be completed for each potential student. Such application requires a recent photograph of the student and full completion of all required documents. The following documents are usually required to be furnished with the application: Birth Certificate Immunization Records Social Security Card (copy) Proof of residency (utility bill, etc.) Photograph Insurance Form (need to be notarized) Lunch Program Form Records of attendance at other schools Miscellaneous Information The student(s) cannot start school without these documents on file. Enrollment and Waiting List Applications for enrollment will not be considered until all pre-enrollment requirements are completed. Once the application is completed, enrollees will be considered on a first come basis based on available space in their particular age group. If there is no available space for the student, the application for such student will be placed on the waiting list until a space becomes available. Notice of acceptance and/or placement of the student on the waiting list will be sent to the parent or guardian. There will be no need to contact the school for a status report on the application. The school will attempt to assist the parent in child placement (referral) if the applicant cannot be enrolled at the particular campus site.
